I am not an expert. I am a student early in my recovery work. I am, however, committed to my sobriety and in recovery. I don't claim to know what I am doing because I don't. Sobriety can easily be confused with recovery. Both should be sought, and both are coveted. Both should be celebrated. This process can be overwhelming and knowing where to start can be brutal.
